Our Artisan beetroot & goats cheese Ravioli are square-shaped pasta parcels made with with Durum Wheat flour and water and they are stuffed with a simple but delicious filling made with a traditional recipe from Belluno (Italy). It has an intense burgundy color that comes across the pasta to make an amazing presentation! The filling is made with fresh beetroot rosted in the oven and mixed with delicate goats cheese. Try them with melted butter and poppy seeds! 5 days shelf life, suitable for freezing
