This extra virgin olive oil, from award-winning Sardinian company Corax, is a medium fruity oil created from several varieties of olive, including the famous Bosana olives of the island. It’s recognised for its distinctive notes of artichoke and bitter almond, leaving a pleasantly pungent aftertaste.
The best olive oils are cold-pressed and never filtered. The production process allows the essential flavours and the golden green, cloudy appearance of the oil to express themselves naturally.
