The most famous cheese from the Alta Langa region of Italy. La Tur has all the richness of a triple cream cheese but with added depth of flavour and a more pungent aroma brought about by the mixed milk. Light bloomy rind with runny creamy texture at the edges that gets denser towards the centre.
