Mrs Kirkham’s is the last Lancashire cheese made with raw unpasteurised milk. It is made by three generations of the Kirkham family to a traditional two day long recipe that gives the cheese its incredible depth of flavour. Rich, light and almost fluffy texture this superb example of the British territorial cheese has a lovely yoghurty, fresh acidity. Perfect on your cheeseboard, but also amazing with an eccles cake or a slice of fruit cake.
