Hand crafted The Cornish Charcuterie Company in Norton Barton Farm just north of Bude, using their own pork and beef. The seaweed is gathered off the coast of St. Ives and they use locally produced North Coast Cider. The salami has a succulent deep flavour with a sweetness coming form the cider balanced with the salty seaweed.
