We make this Truffled Brie by mixing the best minced black truffles from Truffle Hunter with fresh and creamy Brillat Savarin, a luxurious triple cream cheese from Ile de France. This magical mixture is then sandwiched between the exquisite Brie de Meaux. The combination of the earthy truffle is wonderfully balanced by the richness of the Brie. A Partisan favourite.
